After many failed attempts to contact FNB insurance and sort this issue out, I have no idea what more to do. I paid the excess for my phone on the 6th of March and have to date received NO UPDATE on anything. I have phoned several times, every single one of them I hear I am going through to Marcus, and then I wait for in excess of 15 mins before putting the phone down. I don't see how it is my responsibility to hunt down progress on a claim I have already paid an excess on and still keep being billed. Answers would be nice, as would any progress and cancellation of this ridiculous service.
