Outsurance advertises that if they cannot beat your current insurance then they will pay you R 400.
Well when the call centre agent cannot beat your current deal they cut the call without telling you about that offer.
Why advertise if you not going to do that!
Now even if I get a good insurance deal with OUTSURANCE in the future I will not take it because they are not transparent.
