I wanted to purchase a vehicle and went through to and selected a vehicle and requested the dealer to get financie from standard bank as my home loan, business account and other accounts are with stanard bank. i have been a customer for overr 20 years.
I had just started a new job but had bank statements to prove that I could afford payments. Standard bank sent me an sms tostating I had qualified for the loan pending confirmation of employment. This dragged on for 2 weeks unitl i was told by a chap called Ryno that I was a hassle.
Needless to say, I did get finance elsewher but guess what Standard bank, you might be one of the big five banks but your shocking service to a loyal customer is a shame on you. You obviously don't care or know about customer satisfaction, so stop making excuses and do something!!
