Good Day Sir /Ma'am

Please not that I had few appliances that was damaged by lightning and I submitted my claims for these items. I was given feedback that it was wear and tear. I also had a geyser that was hit by lightning and its was repaired by Standard Bank.
Well I will send my complaint to Hello Peter regarding this matter. Furthermore I am cancelling all my agreement and my policy at the end of 27 March 2013. All monies that is due to me must be deposited into my account. My debit order will also be cancelled and please send me a reference no. for my debit order cancellation.

Furthermore I had referred a few client to Miway and the incentives supposed to be for me for introducing the clients, which they dont want to pay. My cash back bonus also not paid due to the fact that I am cancelling my policy, 1 month before my 3rd year contract can completed due to the appliance not been repaired.

although it has being over a week and my goods has not being delivered to my home as yet.
