20 April 2012 I withdrew an amount of R6000 (R5400 from Straight Facility & R600 on budget facility payable in 6 months. On 23/08/2012 I phoned the bank to settle my account, spoke to Musa Bohatawho informed me that settlement amount was R 6288.19, I asked how much cash handling fee will be, she said 1.35% which totals up to R6373.00. The very same day went to FNB Fourways and deposited the amount as advised. Following that I've been getting statements that reflect "minimum payment required" = R0.00until January statementwhich reflected that I have to pay R 436.59. 13/02/2013 I recieved an sms stating that I should pay R503.55 or phone the number given below. I phoned to enquire why am I getting an sms that says I should pay so much. I phone Musa Bohata to find out why did she not settle account as discussed previously. She said lot of things that did not make sense to me. I would like someone to fix this a.s.a.p. I missed the Annual Card fee of R258 in November because of the messed up statements which had credits that did not make sense to me and R0.00 due amount.
