I firstly contacted Marlon Reddy from Absa regarding my pension payout on the 04.03.2013 as he is administering my ex employers account, Marlon informed me that my pension will be paid out on the 15 March 2013. On the 15th there was no payment I called him again on the 19th he apologised and told me that the final sign off is sitting with his manager and the payout will be on the 20th, bear in mind all this time I have contacted my creditors and moved my debit order dates as per his information, waited for the 20th still no payment I called him again he told me that his manager is on leave, he will try to get a sign off from another manager and he will give me a callback before close of business that never happened not that I expected anything different he a couple times anyway and he said his managed will come back today the 25.03.2013 he has done all he can and there is nothing more he can do so I guess I should appreciate the "efforts" he put in that did not yield any results. I tried to follow up with him this morning the call is picked up and immediately put on hold. To say the least this is by far the worst customer experience I ever came across totally appaling.
