This email is a formal complaint on service and documentation received by OneCall
On 23rd February 2013,
o It took 3 attempts on this day to get someone to contact me.
o Finally someone did. As per the start of the conversation the statement follows "All calls are recorded"
o At the end of the conversation a request was made by myself for the "confirmation of insurance cover" to be emailed to the dealer and myself - this did not happen.
o Gary Burrow contacted Onecall to re-request the "confirmation of insurance cover" on Monday 25th of February 2013 which he then received and sent a copy to me.
o After examining the forms I noticed the registration # was not on the confirmation which was provided by Gary Burrow, and further to this the Debit order date stated 15th of every month when in fact I requested the 1st. Registration No; VIN Number; Chassis No; Engine No also did not appear on the documentation. I have requested a refund of R675.00 as this was for a service i most certainly did not receive. To date Calvin hasn't even bothered to return my emails or follow up!! This company is an ADMINISTRATION NIGHTMARE!!
