Anking details gazelle update

I was pre-approved for a gold credit card and was told to go to the branch to finalise the application. I first went to empangeni branch but the consultant couldn't process my application due to the current flagging on my banking account number. She then called gazelle for answers and she was informed, i have been blocked because i had settled my other account early after making only 1 payment. I did not know that early account settlement was a crime. The consultant did her level best but gazelle did not play their part and kept on promising to update it within 24 hours and 48 hours but nothing has happened and its been 4 weeks waiting in vein.

I then went richards bay branch and the same thing happened, again the consultant tried to call gazelle, sent emails but gazelle did not help. I also called the head office and i was promised that the matter will be resolved within 48 hours but that did not happened, till today i am waiting. The consultant did everything she could but gazelle did not help.
