I was visiting the FNB branch at the Grove Mall on the 22/03/12 to change my residential address. As usual banks do get busy and that is when they have to ensure that customer service is at the best level to endure a good reputation. At the Grove mall there is no such thing as a customer service we wait in a very long Que for more than an hour while other people wait longer, there are only 2 consultants assisting with general bank queries where there is suppose to be 5, and the other consultants that just standing around doing nothing. And the staff is not so friendly, i wont recommend this branch to any other person. and they have to work on their service, this is not the first time i experience this awful service with them!
