I tried to use absa cellphone banking to buy airtime about a month ago and reported this error. I explained that I am using 8ta and although my cell number starts with 061 it is 8ta and registered with absa. I can buy airtime for other numbers but not for mine. I was told that the matter would be sorted out and nothing. Tw changed. Two weeks ago I cimplained again and wow no surprise. Still not working. What a joke. They are bbecoming. Its sad for those devoted absa employees to be put to such shame. Due to the ones that have a dont give a attitude.
