On the 12 and on the 18th I have made payments toward my car just so that they would not give my car over to a Credit firm... I have faithfully paid my car for 3 years now. On the 18th i spoke to an employee at the Car and asset finance via the PATHETIC CALL CENTRE and I SPECIFICALLY asked her what I can do just so they dont give my car over, she then replied by saying that if I pay R910 immediately they wont give it over which I did! Today the credit firm phoned me!!! I have made arrangement to pay at the end of the month!!! now you gave it over!!! Again no communication and uninformed employees all over!!! IT NEVER STOPS!!!
