Late response for bond application and poor rates

FNB boasts being a leader in the banking industry which may be true on a quantitative basis. I find my dealings with FNB a bit frustrating, I have been an FNB client for the past 4 years, I have a Credit card, stand alone petro card, investment accounts, graduate portfolio account, savings account, wesbank account and Business account with FNB, yet when i applied for a bond last year through multinet mortages, i was given the highest interest rate when compared to other banks, also to note that the bond by FNB was not 100%. Standards Bank financed my bond with a lower interest rate and a 100% bond. I am currently purchasing a new development and guess what, FNB still hasn't't come back with any details as yet, this time my bond originator is betterbonds, once again Standard Bank is the first to respond. im still waiting for FNB, will they ever help me?
