I submitted a claim for a phone on the 28th of February 2013. Before the end of the first week after my submission, i got a call acknowledging my claim. Problem is that the last conversation i heard with a represenative was that they are looking for a store with stock for my replacement phone, and no communication since then. The only number i have for 24 Hr mobility is an automated answering machine which keeps me waiting until i hang up. The e-mail address i was given bounces back.
I need feedback fast because i don't need to be paying for a device i don't have.
