Been waiting more than 2 months for outcome

I have once again been subjected to the very poor service that Standard Bank offers to its student loan applicant customers. In previous years I have also experienced some problems with Standard Bank while applying for a student loan, but their poor service this year takes the cake! I applied more than 2 months ago now, and am still waiting for the outcome of the processing of my application! I have made numerous calls to their various contact centres on a number of occasions to enquire as to why it's taking so long. On one occasion I was told that the fault was that one department was not forwarding the necessary documents to another department. When I asked why, the consultant point blank told me she could not explain why. Other consultants have also told me that it should not be taking this long, but none of them can give me any explanation as to why it is taking so long. I find this level of service to be completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I am being inconvenienced, while at the same time being told straight that they cannot tell me why they're inconveniencing me!
