I have been banking with Nedbank for the last 6 years I never had a problem with them and this year. I took a personal loan with them at the end of November 12 and this is the second time they debit my account on the 23 of the month my loan agreement with them is the last day of the month as I only get paid on the last day of the month. In April the debit my account on the 23 and I phoned them to ask them why they told me that the covering their monies I told them that I only get paid at the end of the month. So told them leave it this time but they need to debit my account as per agreement. This month the same thing happend so I phoned them 24th Aug at 10 the morning told them to put the money back in my account which they said they will but at 1 it still was not in so I want to the bank and ask them to check so they check and still anything was paid back in my account. Ref number 8888976 was given to me this morning. I m very upset about this whole thing cause weekend and I needed to do things for the weekend. When I tired calling the call centre again they were closed. Is this the way to treat customers I m thinking to close all my accounts and my kids accounts this is very
