You have been around for over 150 in South Africa, and you still cannot get it correct and know how to frustrate your clients.
I refer to my funeral policy which I have with OM for over five years, for over three months you continue to debit my account a week before I receive my salary, this month on the 21 March 2013. I don't work for a financial institution who get paid early, the mere fact that you debit my account 7 days before I get paid each month, s shows how far off you're with your clients, in the last five years, I have never received an email, telephonic call or letter from OM, as professional, you could enlighten me by getting your Financials Advisors to get off their and get hold of people like us as to market other products to me. You will find it rewarding.
Please can you amend the debit order to the 30 of each month and trace my Ref to the account or call me.
