Failure to get debit order right

I applied for financing through Old mutual and all went well for the first month, until I started receiving smses informing me to ensure that I have sufficient funds in my account on the 25 of every month
The other sms reads:
"Mr... D/O for R... denied on OMF Personal loan no consolidation... Please call 0860 044 5445" (on the 25 of every month.

This is really irritating as I signed a contract stating I want the debit to take effect on the 27 of every month. I'm fuming with anger because Old Mutual calls me and my work place on the 25th of every month and this somehow misportrays my morals - I've not missed a debit and everytime Old mutual calls my work place and I, We keep explaining the very same pay day month after month - all they say is that they'll make a note on the system?? This has been going on for more than 4 months and I can only hope this letter of complaint will set the record straight once and for all.
