I have spoken to one of the agents when my account has been set up. The agent said that my account would be debited end of March. My account was debited last month which was February but it bounced and worst part on the incorrect date. This is reflecting badly on my credit record as you are not sticking to the agreement. Now you guys debit me again on the 20th of March, I do not get paid on the 20th of every month. I specifically asked to be debited on the 28th of every month. If this is not rectified by end of this month, then please cancel my account.
