I recently discovered that my car insurance was never changed from my old car to my new one; I had my KIA insured at FNB hence when I sold the KIA back in Nov 2011 and bought a VW POLO I notify FNB about the change and requested that they do the amendment right away, about a week or so ago I log on my internet banking and my insurance profile, just to find that my POLO was never register for insurance (change made) and that my KIA was still on, this being should No 2011, so I have been driving without insurance for just over 1 year, when I logged a complaint the service provider arranged a credit but just in a matter of a day or two pulled back the credit.
I am not happy about the service I received from FNB George, being in the same field (financial) and service provider, this leaves a bitter taste, what would have happened if I was in an accident with the POLO and the insurance is still on the KIA, which I changed when I bought the POLO, this in 2011 and we are now in 2013
I will not leave this matter; please clients out there check all your details.
