A&G's Henrico van Wyk - Worst Service Eve

I first got in contact with Henrico via the A&G Business insurance call centre on the 6th of March '13. I explained that I needed a business insurance quote quite urgently and he said it wouldn't be a problem at all, I should forward our current schedule to him directly and he would respond with a quotation.

After not hearing from him, I sent him a follow up email on 12 March '13 which he did not bother to respond to. I then called him the next day and he promised that I would get the quote that same day. He did not send it.

I called him on the 18th and he said the line is bad he will have to call me back. He did not.

I sent him another follow up email on the 20th, which he failed to respond to. I then gave him another call to find out what's going on and he once again said the line is bad (although it was fine on my end) and asked me to hold, a few seconds later he hung up in my ear.

I got read receipts for all the emails I sent Henrico so I know he received them all. I didn't always get through to Henrico each time I called and therefor left a few messages with my number and he never called.

The amazing Teresa McCarthy has since been assisting me instead.
