NEVER, NEVER try opening a new account at this pathetic 'institution'. Your time is wasted along with your patience as nobody seems to know what is happening anywhere. The radio ad that bragged about 10 minutes should be changed to 10 weeks, at least.
If someone has the decency or guts to respond to this, it will probably be a typical cut-and-paste response in any case, which doesn't provide a solution to the incompetent and untrained personnel.
