Poor service

I was involved in an accident on the 8th of Dec 2012 and my car was fixed and returned on the 8th of Feb 2013. I have been waiting for my access since than. I'm not impressed with the service, and how they are handling the whole case I.e. Getting the refund from the other party. Initially they were waiting for the file to be transferred from their Dbn office to Jhb and now they are saying that they received a wrong one (accident date and registration number) now I have to wait again, knows for how long. I feel that Dial direct is too understanding on their part which is hindering the service rendered by them, getting a wrong file is a sign of incompitencey. I need this case to be resolved soon. I can not wait another month because of incompetent service providers. Your Recoveries department is not efficient at all.
