I am very disgusted at the way I am being treated by Miway. You asked me for the accident report, diagram, explaining what happened. On top of that, you asked for a statement from a witness. But still you decide to beleive your client`s! What makes me sick is the fact that on one of your internal emails (that you sent to me), your consultant says "Would it not be best to just settle this matter? ". she would not have said that if she didnt pick up that i was and am telling the truth. Why are you treating me like this?! It`s been 3 months, I`m driving around in a dented car and a open window! I have to deal with the rain that comes in. Your client admitted to this and said she did not check her mirrors!!!..What more do you want?!!! Would you rather I sue you for more damage that you are causing me? I gave you everything you had requested for! It was hard enough to get the statement from the witness, because nowadays, people do not want to get involved! I sent you this statement on the 15th March, still you have not responded! You fix my car, or I am taking this even further!
