Appalling Service & 2 months to replace doors?!

I had an accident (VW POLO) on 20 May 2013, HOLLARD booked it at JOHN MORRISON on 04 June '13, the door arrived as per sms on 10 June '13. I visited the panelbeater on 20 June '13 & George informed me he was awaiting the assessor to approve the roof as he previously had not and so I chilled & used the bus as the 30 day rental with the insurer had expired & George had claimed he did not have any courtesy cars yet THEY were parked outside in full vicinity of customers, cool, no worries I guess I wasn't good enough for their cars! on 20 June '13 George said 14 business day, there after it was 7 business days.. on 16 July '13 I was told by George that as he was about to finish he noticed the dashboard was damaged (funny I noticed when I got out of the car after the accident) & that the assessor had NOT quoted it & that it would be ready on Friday 20 July '13 but guess what, it wasn't! on Monday 23 July he said it would be ready tomorrow 26 June 2013, but guess what he is now awaiting the seat to come back & I must wait, Deceit, Incompetency, Stories! I am annoyed Hollard & Exiliti, seriously disgusted! 2 months to replace freaken doors what more if it was the front suspension?!
