I brought vehicle in to be assessed for repairs.

From the ouset the staff were very professional in all their dealings with me.

The customer service at Telesure Assessment Centre Durban is of a very high degree and is commendable since one does not find this with most repair/assessment centres.

I have been with three other insurance companies and did not find my experiences very pleasnat as with Telesure Assessment Centre Durban.

I want to pace on record and make particular mention of two staff members namely Raj and Josephine who went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Their professional conduct, friendliness and assistance are highly commendable.

Telesure must be proud to have staff such as these two working for them.

I wish to than boith of them for all their assistance, hospitality and excellent customer service.
