On arrival, I was greeted by the security by name! Alan then attended to me and explanied how the assessment process will be carried out. I was made to feel comfortable whilst he attended to my assessment. On completion, he explained what he had done and the process to follow including how the repairs will be done. Alan displayed a professional conduct. He politely asked if I could complete a customer feedback assessment and Jeanne took me through the system professionally. As I'm visiting this centre for the first time, the premises are spotless clean and the environment professional.
