I must say that i was very pleased and satisfied at the customer service experienced i had
at the Telesure Assessment centre in Century City Cape Town, When I entered with my vehicle, a lady greeted me and welcomes me. She then took me to there waiting room and offer me coffee. She then said my assessor Mr Azhar Botha will be here in a moment.. I was an half a hour earely for the appointment, he then assessed the vehicle while i waited at a coffee area. Mr Botha was efficiet and professional in his duties, after the assessment, he took me through the assessment of the vehicle, Botha and the team made a huge difference to me, thy are very valued employees at tele sure, Well Done
