The Telesure centre offered me an excellent service when I took my car in for an assessment after an accident. This included the security guard that ushered me into the centre to the assessor that carried out the assessment.
All the staff were friendly, the assessment was very quick, I had cappuccino and biscuits while I waited and was advised of the process that would follow thereafter.
If all companies took service and professionalism this seriously SA would be a better place
