In March i had an accident were an licensed driver who rolled into my car and absconded when we asked him to follow us to the police station. Upon claiming for damages from my insurance i was told my excess is R14000, I THEN INFORMED Simone that it was R3500 and that they need to listen to the telephone recording as the agent did not Email me my copy of policy.
Two weeks later i was advised the the excess is R3500 and the agent had messed up on my policy at that time. A month later my car was taken to Durban Central Panelbeaters, i was advised that excess is R14000 and that im liable for fees. I advised the staff of my communication with Simone, they then sorted the matter.
Its now October and i was advised by Krystal from Miway Legal that i would have to pay R5000 third party excess and that if my claim reached court i am liable for fees. She advised me that a female was claiming yet an unlicensed male knocked into me! She advised me that they have a witness and that my witness or my police report carry no weight as my witness know me personally!
I have left numerous messages for Krystal or her manager to call me yet they have not contacted me!!! I cannot beleive Miway
