I have wrote on Monday 23/12 till today nobody has called but i was told somebody will call me regarding below.
Good day, R6475.51 has been transferred form my access account to cheque account without being told, i had two accounts with standard and they kept on allowing funds to go through even thou i didn't have an overdraft facility for over 5 months, i then moved back to my savings account and i called std bank to close the account they said i cannot do that as i was in arrears at the time but nobody advised me how to solve the problem watsoever so everything that went there didn't get money they charged me fees and the balance end up to R6475.51. they deducted it without my concern last week am now sitting with nothing in hand don't even know how i will survive this xmas with school uniforms too. all i request is the money to be reversed and i will then make a payment plan in place
