IWyze took my car in for repairs/panel beating about 4weeks ago to krugerdorp panelbeaters. i fetched the car last wednesday the 11th Sept and i was not happy with the work done on it. I then called iWyze on the 12th and spoke to a lady by the name of Nomvuyo who assured me that assessors would call be back the next day, which was the 13th Sept.
I've since not heard anything from the assessors or the claims team until now. I am currently driving around in a car that has more than one colour and iiWyze is not even taking responsibility. I pay to get a certain standard of service which is not even being delivered to me right now. I am not a happy customer, i need my car to be taken to a professional panel beater and to get fixed to my satisfaction.
