No regard for the elderly

I am so disgusted in the lack of concern that M&F shows towards its elderly clients. i asked if they could arrange for an assessor to come an inspect the vehicle of their 80yr old client and they could not step over and above the "rules" that its the owners responsibility. Shameful, downright shameful. I will gladly do it myself but i was hoping that M&F would go the extra mile.
