REGISTRATION NOT DONE

I am only allowed 1200 cararcters. This is not enough to express myself properly. Short version: I applied for finance online. Agent was suppose to contact me within 6 working hours. Did not happen. I had to phone to follow up. Original documents handed over and signed with field agent on Saturday, 16 Feb 2013. I was informed that registration documents will be submitted to authorities and would be released within a week. Yesterday, 18 Mar, when trying to renew the expired licence (28 Feb) the change of ownership was not done yet. Call centre cannot help, they keep transferring me to Refiloe. Cannot get hold of Refiloe, but have left several messages for her. Sonja informed me that the documents are with authorities at present and could take upto 20 Mar 2pm to be released. OVER A MONTH NOW! I am going away this weekend, but now without a car licence. I need the licence before I leave on Friday morning. Thursday is public holiday. forbid I need to claim from insurance as the 21 day grace period will be over. SORT THIS OUT IMMEDIATELY. I AM NOT WAITING ANY LONGER.
