Though i can see the group customer service heads are really trying, it doesnt help if they simply foward your complaint to unprofessional staff in their divisions. Still waiting just for a decent call from one of their so called ' qualified homeloan consultants'. Really now, i think the customer service heads must do something about this otherwise whats the point of even responding to our complaints. I am still really really shocked! I guess my business means nothing to you anyway but one day you will learn the hard way that loosing customers one by one was not such a smart move. Bye bye!
