All I know a person who has a hostile attitude towards certain national group. Should not be in the customer service industry. He even admitted in front of his staff that he is rude. You should hear the way he speaks to his staff. I have been supporting this man's business for 9 yrs and I have always known he has race issues but never thought he would have the gall to speak to a customer, the way he spoke to me. I am NOT going to support this man's business ever again because this man thinks it is still 1970s/80s where people of colour was treated less than human. He is rude and, plain and simply. Just look at his face when he speaks to the different race groups. you will see what I mean. Never ever received a smile from this man just because he is in the customer service industry. it is fine if you don't like people of colour but your service should come with no prejudice at the end of the day it is us that ensure him &his family eat, and are clothed and have a roof over their heads. Ungrateful owner... over the past 9yrs his attitude and lack of service has deteriorated from bad to beyond worse. I told his wife that he is rude & thats when he lost it & exposed himself.
