We were involved in a car accident on the 2nd of August 2013 in IDutywa on our way to Mthatha, my husband reported the incident the same night and insurance called him the following morning 3rd August 2013. on our way back home from Mthatha to East London we had another accident and we reported it as well and We were told to take the car to the assesor on the 5th Aug 13 in Vincent and I took it there myself and it was assessed. on the 28th Aug 13 I was told to take it to Ronnies Bodyshop for rapairs and I took it, they called on the 6th that I can pick it up, on picking it up I found out that they have only repaired the second claim (4 Aug 2013) and upon asking the guy who was Helping at Ronnies he said only one claim was submited to them.
up until now the first claim has not been fixed and yet the premium has increased.
