FNB Premier Banking Complaint

1. I signed a Platinum credit card quotation with FNB last year in February at the Sunninghill branch and on the quotation, the annual eBucks fee was stated as R0.00, however at the end of the year (2012) an amount of R200 was debited to my credit card. I called FNB to query the issue and the consultant notified me that my quotation had an error and that i had to pay this annual subscription in order for me to remain registered with eBucks.
2. I took out my first homeloan with FNB and on the home loan quotation letter, an interest rate of 8.15% was stated, however when i saw my repayment amount on mortuage account on the online banking website, i was surprised that it did not match the monthly repayment amount which i calculated. I called FNB to query this and it appeared that they entered the wrong interest rate onto the system. An interest rate of 8.4% was on the system, when my home loan agreement stipulated 8.15%. The difference over the 20 year loan period equated to R32 000. Unacceptable.
3. I was charged R250 at FNB slow lounge even though i met ALL the criterea. I was eventually refunded.

VERY CARELESS FROM FNB AND PEOPLE NEED TO BE AWARE OF WHAT THEY'RE PAYING FOR!!
