VERY POOR SERVICE

I HAVE APPLIED FOR A TOP UP LOAN ON THE 8TH MARCH. FIRSTLY I MUST MAKE MENTION THAT I AM AN OLD CUSTOMER WITH WHOM YOU HAVE NEVER HAD AN UNPAID DEBIT. I AM STILL AWAITING MY PAYOUT. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED. THE FIRST WAS IN DECEMBER - I OVERLOOKED IT THINKING THAT THIS WAS A BUSY PERIOD, BUT NOW!!!
WHEN I ENQUIRED I WAS TOLD THAT THERE IS STILL A BACKLOG FROM DECEMBER. IF THIS IS THE CASE WHY DON'T YOU PUT A BLOCK ON YOUR LOG-IN SITE AND TELL YOUR CALL CENTRE NOT TO TAKE NEW APPS UNTIL YOU ARE RUNNING TO DATE.
PEOPLE APPLY BECAUSE THEY ARE IN NEED, DON'T HOLD US UP - SAY YOU WILL BE LONG (NO ONE CAN ACTUALLY GIVE US A PAYMENT DATE) TELL THE CUSTOMER THAT YOU CANNOT HELP IMMEDIATELY AND LET US TRY ELSEWHERE. THIS IS VERY UNFAIR ON YOUR PART
