Terrible Service and poor answers

I am very dissapointed with the services you are offering. Do you really think people would apply for loans if they did not require the funds immediately. I applied for a loan on 11.03.13 might I add this was a top up loan. To date not funds have been transferred into my account. These funds are requied for emergency purposes. I phone your offices only to be advised that my loan would be paid out in 15 working days. That is after I get my salary. How rediculous is that. I mean really if I didnt require the funds urgently I would not have applied and would have waited for my salary to be paid in. I need these funds urgently and I think the excuse that you have a back log due to December applications is a poor excuse we are already in March going on April and that excuse does not suffiece December issues. I require these funds urgently I dont think I would advise anyone to apply with you as your services are poor and pathetic. And please do not allocate my query to the customer client services or whatever your refer it to as they are just as useless. I want this problem resolved and I am not interested in excuses.
