I processed a claim 99408113 for a minor accident and was told to take it toTarga Panel Beaters. After struggling to get updates from Outsurance regarding excess (after I had to call after I've sent numerous emails), I finally drop the car off at the service provider (Targa) on 2nd August 2013 and even today I have not gotten it back, instead I am told it will only be ready the following week, and the nex and the next and the next. I am not comfortable with my car being away much longer as people cannot be trusted anymore. So whether it is done or not I am going to fetch my car on wednesday 21st August from Targa Panel Beaters. They can keep the money which was paid over. And Outsurance can keep their services. I am so sick and tired of fighting for something I am paying for therefore I am cancelling this policy. I will take it up with someone else who appreciates me as a customer. No call from Outsurance to even ask how far repairs are on my car cause you guys don't give two pints of. I have no energy for this.
