After MTN could't repair my phone for me Bronwyn Jordan contacted me and arranged for my broken phone to be collected and then went the extra mile to phone all of the surrounding MTN's after I decided to get a specific phone and not one of the MTN stores in Paarl had stock. She then contacted me and said she has found a store who did have and arranged with them to get my paperwork sorted. Before I got to the store she had already phoned twice to ask whether I was satisfied. I then got my new phone and I was still standing in the store when she phoned them again and after five minutes I was sorted and had everything I needed. This is what I call great service. Thank You Bronwyn you surely went the extra mile :)
