Like most consumers I like to write long, scathing emails to suppliers and service providers when things go wrong so it is only fair that when I am pleasantly surprised, I set aside the time to give credit where credit is due.
One person however, stands out as being a Star!!!

It is very rare to have that kind of interaction these days, and I think you deserve huge credit for it.
