I have been trying to get hold of absa to sort out the matter of me going on maternity leave, now everytime i call them then they keep me holding for 5 minutes, I have a full day at the office and have to sit and wait until 'an agent becomes available' interferes with my work. I have been to the bank branch at which my bond was registered and even they couldn't help me and told me to call from monday to friday.
I am going on maternity leave soon and i bet that if i skip a payment and they were not told about it then the first thing they will do is send one of those famous red letters but when it comes to listening to customer or ' customer comes first' then its the other way.
So i am very disappointed!
