Settle Qoute - Staff Negligence

I owed African Bank some money and was in arreas with my account . upon getting my bonus in August, I humbly asked African Bank to give me a quotation to settle all my accounts. They provided me with a quotation and i paid based on that. I got paid up letters but still my profile has not been updated and they refuse to update my profile or close the accounts, After reapetedly requesting that they clear my name, I got a call from a consultant saying they cant close it because I have two other accounts that have not been paid. I really dont understand how their neggligence is my problem. I planned my mony according to what was told to me. Please help as i am not getting joy with any of the staff.
