I visited your P/t Shepe branch on 2 March 2013 n spoke to a consultant re investments. Due to yr unfavourable int rate, I decided to invest my capital elsewhere. I requested your consultant to incr my transferring amount to R120 000 in order for me to make a transfer into another bank, which he did. I asked him to leave this amt until the end of March 2013, as I was still shopping around for higher interest. I When I finally decided where I was going to invest, I tried to trans out R80 000 and I was not allowed 2 as my allowance had been changed. I was very annoyed as I had made arrangements to have this amt transferred out. I was only allowed to trans just more than R10 000 which I did. I had to wait another 2 wks until I could get to the bank on a Sat to amend this amt again. I was very annoyed and explained to the lady at enquiries exactly what my prob was n she told me that sometimes they only make allowance for a short period of time. I then reqsted that I would like her to chg my amt to to R100 000. She advised that she was unable to do that as I had R70 000 avail. Very annoyed I knew I had more, R70 000 changed. NOW I TRY N TRASNER OUT N ONLY R56621.56 CAN BE DON
