I had an instalment sale agreement dated 30/08/2008 with Wesbank for a motor vehicle. I had problems in servicing the debt which i duly communicated to the bank after getting retrenched and surrendered the vehicle. It was auctioned and had a shortfall which l paid up. I was advised that my account has been referred to the credit bureau and my name will only be delisted after 2 years from the settlement date which was 7th April 2010.

The two years elapsed and up to now the situation has not changed and this has badly affected my life now. I wrote an email last year to your services e mail on the 3rd of September 2012 and no one bothered to respond
Please assist as my life is at standstil now.
