Wonga profile still states I owe money

I have been reading previously reports on the Wonga account and have been wondering have I become a victim of this too? To keep it short I loaned money, the FULL amount got debited off my account on the 03/03/2013... it was the scheduled time for payment and NOT late. It is now the 16Th. March 2013 and my profile still states:
"You have borrowed a total of R1200.00 and your balance today is R58.03.
You have promised to pay R1515.19 on Sunday 3rd Mar 2013"
I have sent emails, I've tried calling to ask what the problem is and if they could give me feedback but I still heard nothing, still can't get hold of any consultant for assistance, on hold forever. You just seem to get totally ignored. I have read previously reports which states they just blacklist you if this happens.???.. Now please can you contact me so we can CLEAR this I have all STATEMENTS and SMS 's which shows I have PAID in full. This is really terrible an distressing me now and need to be cleared ASAP.??? This is unacceptable!! Can someone please advise???
