Wonga fails dismally yet again!

My account has still not been cleared! The first problem happened when Wonga failed to alert me that I owed them a further R79 odd after making a payment of R3000 odd. I sent emails to all the supplied addresses and tried to reach a competent human being to explain what the problem could be, to no avail. If you call the helpline, you hold on forever and listen to 'interesting' facts about crayons and enlarging your bust line...

I have now paid the extra money yet still my account has not cleared nor my ITC record. I have certainly reached the end of my tether with Wonga and will put out the word about their bad service and lack of action and accountability.
