Old mutual should really scan people properly before handing franchises out like this. every month my account has been debit ed with an installment towards these policies and now when it comes time to claim then the client is treated as a criminal and crossed question several times over the same thing. Clients that are honest don't seem t be taken care of. All one receives is bad treatment and been made a fool by these agents that sent u pillar to post to receive what is due to you. I rather cancell all policies and will encourage others to seek more professional companies because if a normal claim has so much issues I hate to think what my family will go through if I die and my death benefit matures.
