Unauthorised Transactions

Two unauthorised transactions at Eastgate Standard Bank branch amounting to almost R11, 000 was done on an account, and I get no response from the bank. I'm being sent from pillar to post, and they seem to never answer their phone. I have sent a number of emails, and nothing is done to rectify the problem
